Augmented Reality to Increase Safety
The project aims at developing new methodologies and technologies in view of an innovative approach to training and to maintenance support in aeronautics, based on techniques such as virtual reality, enriched reality, artificial intelligence, psychology of learning processes and analysis of the influence of human factors. The objective is to contribute to increase the security of air freight by reducing the risks of accidents caused by maintenance defaults themselves caused by human mistakes or non standard working habits. The project also includes a master training in “Innovative Methodology for aeronautic maintenance”.
INNOVA is responsible for the technical and administrative activities of the project and carried out within the training for the Master a module on planning, strategic management, operational evaluation and organization of industrial research projects and competitive development.
