Aleardo FURLANI, General Manager of INNOVA, is invited to participate as an external expert to the workshop on “INNOVATION IN SERVICES” organised by DG Entreprise and Industry that will be held in Porvoo (Finland) next March 2009. The workshop will focus on a better understanding of the drivers of innovation in services and the potential synergies among national and Community support instruments for innovation in services. At this occasion, views of leading European ministries and agencies will be gathered as well as other stakeholders in Europe dealing with service innovation, with the objective to obtain a more in depth understanding of how to better use existing Community instruments, such as FP7, CIP and Structural Funds, in support of service innovation.
