Participants are given a unique and very cost effective way to benefit from professional  business plan assessment.

The Audivisual Strategic Business Planning (ASBP) is designed to support audiovisual sector growth, innovation and competitiveness  through strategic and business planning. ASBP will focus on identifying trends and opportunities; maximising value across markets and platforms; promoting the creation of sustainable models; and positioning your company to be an attractive investment opportunity.

The programme, led by sector experts and delivered in association with partners Innova and Deloitte, will enable participants to significantly expand their professional network within the entertainment sector, particularly with new players and with the investment community.

The course begins with a short, intensive 3-day residential training period which will include: plenary sessions, tutorials and individual meetings with experts.  The residential period is followed by a process of individual strategic planning in situ at each of the attending companies’ main offices.  An online consultation period of up to 6 months will conclude with investor meetings for those market ready business propositions.

Each participant will be assigned a tutor with experience in business and strategic planning for companies to provide consultation and guidance throughout the course.

The programme will focus on key areas:

  • Media trends, opportunities and new models;
  • new players and platforms;
  • media entrepreneur case studies;
  • attracting strategic and financial capital for long-term growth;
  • legal and financial requirements for capital fundraising;
  • strategic and business planning.

The Residential training will be held in Ronda, Málaga (Spain) from 27th to 29th November 2013. The course includes online consultation (20 hours) and investor access.
