INNOVA is part of the consortium for the provision of information, consultancy and economic research services in support of SME policy development and implementation for DG Entreprise & Industry since january 2013, acting as a country expert for Italy and contributing to the data collection and analysis for EU country reports and policy measure fact sheets forming the SME Perfornace review. The SME Performance Review represents one of the main tools employed by the European Commission to monitor and assess Member States’ performance in implementing the Small Business Act (SBA).
Launched by the European Commission in 2008, it represents a comprehensive source of information on the performance of SMEs in Europe and uses a wide range of success indicators, focusing most notably on the measures in the SBA Action Plan.
The results of the SME Performance Review 2013 (covering 2012 and the first quarter 2013) are now avalaible on a new and improved website.
