ONE-P project final results presented at the European parliament, Brussels, 16 December 2011

The final results of the FP7-funded ONE-P (Organic Nanomaterials for Electronics and Photonics) project, were presented in a public event at the European Parliament on the 16th of December 2011.

INNOVA has contributed to the project by training young researchers on Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Transfer. ONE-P, coordinated by Prof. Yves Geerts of the University of Brussels (ULB), will contribute to the creation of a new industry in Europe, by introducing new carbon-based materials to be used for photovoltaics, sensors and consumers electronics. The project introduced important breakthroughs in the field of organic electronics, an ever growing scientific and technological sector whose industrial impact has just started to show.
