Welcome to the first issue of the newsletter "Support for S&T International Cooperation in Italy, Europe, and USA", produced by the Italian Trade Commission, with Innova Consulting Group, Inc. (ICG), presenting current tools and instruments to support Italy-Europe-USA cooperation in S&T research.
The primary goal of this initiative is to help foster collaboration in science between Europe, specifically Italy, and the USA, focusing on presenting tools that can support these objectives, such as international funding opportunities, news and reports, events/workshops and supportive services, in order to turn the cooperation effort into actual results.
The collaboration between ICG and the Italian Trade Commission aims to assist interested research organizations (research centers, universities, companies and/or SMEs) or individual researchers, to promote their R&D capabilities; to support them in finding appropriate channels to fund their research, tools for potential partner search, identification of international S&T events, definition and fine tuning of project ideas; and to help build international project consortia to support joint research project endeavors.
