The Entreprise Europe Network, EEN, organised a workshop on „Adapting Management skills to the EEN” in Brussels on 1-2 December 2010.

Aleardo Furlani, CEO of INNOVA, was a selected speaker in the workhop, focusing in particular on:

the networking process: how to optimose results cooperating with transnational partners

Abiding by the code of conduct

Networking outside the network: building synergies with ket stakeholders: networks European initiatives, projects and clusters.

He also participated in the discussions and case studies with the support of Network trainers.
