Memorandum of Cooperation signed with the Science & Technology Commission of Beijing for Sanispira Project, 13 March 2013, Rome (Italy)

A Memorandum of Cooperation between the Science and Technology Commission of Beijing and HSD Europe for the project Sanispira was signed in Rome on March 13^th 2013. Sanispira® is an innovative nasal filter for the prevention of adverse effects of fine dust, pollen and other allergens.

This medical device houses a helical structure in soft polymer, suitable for medical applications and covered with a biocompatible gel that can capture and hold particulate-matter aero-contaminants, both caused by air pollution and allergens (as pollen, dust mites, derivatives). Innova Group’s in-house private research laboratory, LABOR, has established a fruitful cooperation with HSD Europe on this project having engineered the product development and producing the biocompatible gel.

This first agreement is expected to be the commencement of a fertile cooperation between China and Italy in the fields of science and technology, new energy and environmental issues in the future.
