Within the framework of the RIDITT Program, the Italian Institute for Industrial Development (IPI), Aleardo Furlani, INNOVA’s CEO, has been appointed lecturer to give a 2 day training course on techniques and methodologies to launch and manage partnerships between research and market as well as open discussions on tools to conclude agreements (protocol agreement models, license agreement, etc.).
The following topics are addressed during the training course: risks and opportunities related to the development of collaborations between public and private partners, possible technology transfer models, the role of the actors involved as well as the management of industrial estate. A particular focus will also be given to promote the use of the most accessible and appropriate financial tools to finance innovation projects, technology transfer and high-technology start-up and spin-off initiatives. Useful indications and methodologies to improve the capacity of fund raising competences by means of banking, private equity and public fund tools are also addressed.
The course will be completed by various case studies’ discussions to highlight these different approaches.
