Within the framework of the RIDITT Program, the Italian Institute for Industrial Development (IPI), Aleardo Furlani, INNOVA’s General Manager, has been appointed lecturer to give 2 day training course on tools and methodology for the identification and the management of technology portfolios in two Italian cities: Pisa and Cagliari.

The course will highlight the differences between traditional assessment tools and new methodologies related to the evaluation of the genuine contracting power of those involved and the power struggle that can prevail among the different stakeholders. The workshop will be complemented by case studies and will include an analysis of sectorial start-ups and the relations between large and small sized companies in relation to the theme.
