Aleardo Furlani, CEO of Innova, has been invited lecturer on “Pre-commercial Procurement (PCP): opportunities and conditions for companies and public administrations” given during a workshop organized by the Association of Engineers of Cosenza on June 4th 2013, in Cosenza.
The training session has highlighted the PCP step-by-step process flow together with the rights and obligations for participating parties and the important IPR aspects.
The workshop has been attended by 25 representatives from Italian national and local authorities. The brainstorming and discussion session duing the workshop has led to the identification of at least 4 new project ideas to be implemented through PCP initiatives.
