INNOVA is looking for a proactive and organized Reception / Administration Officer to join our team at our Rome office. The selected candidate will support daily front-office operations and administrative activities while contributing to a dynamic international innovation environment focused on European projects, technology transfer, and business support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing reception and welcoming visitors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and internal communications
  • Organizing meetings, calendars, and office schedules
  • Supporting administrative and operational activities
  • Assisting with document management, reporting, and office coordination
  • Supporting logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Italian and English language skills are preferred
  • Previous experience in administration or office support is considered an advantage
