Aleardo Furlani, CEO of INNOVA, was a selected speaker by Trentino Sviluppo, the Italian agency set up by the Autonomous Province of Trento to foster sustainable development in the Trentino region, in the workshop on “Company Governance: ownership, organization and resources”.
The objective of the workshop was to discuss strategies and methods on how to plan and implement an efficient and sustainable business structure in times of economic crisis.
Aleardo Furlani covered the topics of the strategic and management aspects of governance where he was able to exchange valuable know-how and expertise.
The conference resulted in an interesting opportunity to exchange useful ideas with managing directors and governance actors of local Small and Medium sized entreprises.
