Twelve Delegates from the Ministry of Science Industry and Technology of Turkey have visited Innova during their 4-day Study Tour in Italy. The purpose of the study tour was to learn more about best practices in the EU countries on Science, Industry, Technology and Innovation. During their visit at Innova's premises in the Tiburtino Technology Park, the Delegation was instructed on Innova Group's business model and successful participation in EU-funded R&D and Innovation projects. Interesting exchanges and discussions followed on future cooperation opportunities between Italy and Turkey.
The Turkish Ministry is currently implementing an EU-funded project within the framework of the pre-accession assistance programme. This technical assistance project is aimed at strengthening the administrative capacity of the Ministryt on various subjects with a specific focus on industrial strategy and EU accession as well as learning from best EU practices related to Science Industry, Technology and Innovation.
