First publication of NET-EUCEN released

The NET-EUCEN project, “Network of European Stakeholders for Enhanced User Centricity in eGovernance“,  has released its first publication entitled “Introducing the NET-EUCEN network”, a document meant to describe the network goals, activities, procedures and added value provided to its members.
