RAF-Regions Project selected among RDC Success Stories!
The RAF-Regions project has been selected among Research Driven Clusters success stories by the trans-national network of the National Contact Points for the European "Regions of Knowledge" programme. The aim of the Network is to support regional stakeholders in enhancing science and technology based development and to provide high quality services to regional authorities, research institutions and enterprises on the opportunities offered by FP7 to boost innovation for economic and social growth.
RAF-REGIONS Project: food research clusters
The RAF-REGIONS project, started in 2008, brings together three regional research-driven clusters in Greece, Italy and Bulgaria, aiming at enhancing economic development through science and technology that focuses on the AgroFood Sector.
The overarching objective of RAF- REGIONS is to increase the overall capacity of the Regions of Central Macedonia (Greece), Puglia (Italy) and Pazardzhik (Bulgaria) in enhancing science and technology based economic development, focusing on the AgroFood Sector.
