INNOVA at the training course on the textile industry at Kunshan, China, 15-20 March 2010
INNOVA participated to the training course on the textile sector organised by the International Training division of the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE) in collaboration with the Training Development Board and Sistema Moda Italia. The course, addressed to Chinese entrepreneurs specialized in the textile industry, covered following topics related to the textile, fashion and clothing industry: marketing strategies, innovation and technology transfer, industrial policy as well as and the specific characteristics of the clothing market in Italy.
Tommaso FOGLIA, Manager of the Nanotechnologies & Biotechnologies Department at INNOVA, was the appointed lecturer covering the topic “From Innovation to Technology Transfer: how to turn technology into business value”. He addressed the strategic meaning of innovation and technology Transfer models in the textile industry further illustrating the course by case studies.
