Summary
The handbook is the main outcome of the engineering exercise within the “Transfer East” European funded project on the 9 Government to Business good practices, which have been transferred to 10 public administrations in five different New Member States: Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia.
TRANSFER-EAST project was a Specific Support Action aiming at favouring the transfer of learning, facilitating the exchange of eGovernment good practices and their transfer, when appropriate, and contributing to enhance the quality of eGovernment initiatives across Europe.
TRANSFER-EAST purpose was to share and transfer to selected Public Administrations in the 5 targeted New Member States a range of 10 innovative Government-to-Business (G2B) approaches, tools, and successful cases.
The handbook contains a detailed description of the Good Practices cases selected and engineered, as well as the related process flow. The objective is to make a comprehensive and easy to transfer representation of each case, highlighting the environment where they were developed, specification and technical characteristics, learning points and the possibility to be adapted to different context.
Objectives
This publication is primarily addressed to the representatives of public administrations located in NMS that could find it directly advantageous by identifying and learning more about G2B applications that are successfully implemented in Europe and that represent an inspiration for the realization of similar services for citizens and business in their own Country.
