On 20th and 21st January, we held our B-HUB FOR EUROPE kick-off meeting hosted at the Italian Trade Agency premises in Rome.
The initiative is aimed at discovering high-potential innovations, shaping suited proof of concepts and business models, providing specialized acceleration services to overcome current market barriers and assist the go-to-market process, unlocking new market channels with potential private/public customers, scaling up innovative businesses across five startups ecosystems in Europe (Italy, Germany, France, Romania and Lithuania). The meeting was attended by our Project Officer from the European Commission and representatives of the Italian Government. The fruitful exchange occurred on how project activities can create synergies with other ongoing initiatives at the national and European levels. Plans were made to arrange during 2020 educational initiatives on the blockchain potential and expected benefits through awareness building events and training sessions targeting private companies and public organizations in collaboration with the Italian Trade Agency and the Ministry of Innovation.
